Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Due to the customized nature of the products we produce, we cannot offer returns. Your artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with the mock up design for any reason, you may request a full refund before it goes to print. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All refund requests must be within 3 days of the purchase date. Once the customer has accepted the mock up design then refund will no longer be possible.

After receiving your request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your request to process your return.
