    • We offer a range of portrait styles suitable for male and female pets. You can choose any portrait style you like.
    • Upload your chosen pet photo using the upload button on the product page. Make sure your image follows our Photo Guidelines.
    • Add to cart and place your order.

     

    Photo guidelines from our experts
    Our professional photographers and artists know how to make sure you get just the right image for your pet portrait. Here’s what they recommend:

    • Take your pet photo at eye level.
    • Try to make it a close up, so we can see your pet's unique features.
    • Taking the picture with daylight always brings the best results.
    • No blurry photos.
    • Make sure both ears are in the

    This is where it gets a bit more technical, but it can help you get just the right picture of your pet.

    • Make sure that the angle works well with your chosen portrait template; you know your pet’s best side.
    • Check that the fur colour in the photo is true to real life, if not, try again.
    • We’ll do our best to follow any special notes on your orders, but please understand that it may not always be possible.
    • If we receive a photo that doesn't follow these guidelines, the final edit will likely not be what you want.
    • We regret to say that we can’t offer replacements in cases like these, so do you best at getting a great shot.
